Our Connecticut Speed Dating and Singles events take place primarily in Stamford CT. We are exploring the possibility of hosting events in other parts of Connecticut and Westchester as well. Speed Dating CT

Types of Events
  • CT Speed Dating events held in person usually take place at restaurants or bars with separate areas, and occasionally at parks. These events are highly structured and strive for gender balance, with specific age groups enforced and proof of age required. When you arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes before the start time, you check in (note that some venues may require a minimum purchase). Once the event starts, participants are paired up and seated at a station for a specific amount of time to talk during their speed date. At the end of the round, notes are taken to help remember some details about the date, and then the women stay seated while the men rotate to the next station. This process continues until everyone has met each other. At the end of the event, you'll hand in your scorecard, indicating who you're interested in. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email disclosing your mutual or one-way matches. If you search for "Connecticut Speed Dating near me," you may come across various options. Be sure to verify if they provide one-way matches, proof of age, and whether you get to meet everyone in attendance.  

  • CT Online Speed Dating is a convenient and enjoyable way to expand your social circle from the comfort of your home. To join, all you need is a Zoom account and an internet connection. Once the event starts at the specified time, the host will greet everyone and provide instructions. Then, you'll be paired with a person of the opposite gender for a brief chat, typically lasting around 5 minutes. Make the most of your time to get to know each other! After each date, take notes to help you recall the key points. At the end of the event, simply send a private message in the chat to the host indicating who you're interested in. And the best part? You'll receive your match results within an hour, covering both mutual and one-way matches. Don't wait any longer to sign up and meet new people today!

    NOTE: The online speed dating events are open to those in the NY, NJ and CT areas.

  • CT Speed Friending - While this gathering isn't exclusively for Singles Events in CT, many individuals who attend are single. Unlike speed dating, which is a one-on-one setup, speed friending involves groups of 4-6 people who can converse and create new friendships. To keep the conversation flowing, we provide icebreakers. These events are not gender-balanced, so men can connect with other men, women with women, and so on. Participants must exchange contact information themselves at the end of each round or at the conclusion of the event.
